Krydr med salt. Lad r\u00f8dk\u00e5len tr\u00e6kke med eddiken i et par timer.<\/p>\n<p>Rist mandlerne ved svag varme i ovnen eller p\u00e5 en pande, til de netop begynder at \u00e6ndre farve, ca 20 minutter ved 180c. Sk\u00e6r dem i aflange splinter.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r top og bund af appelsinerne og stil dem p\u00e5 sp\u00e6kbr\u00e6ttet med sk\u00e6refladen nedad. Sk\u00e6r skr\u00e6llen af og sk\u00e6r frugtk\u00f8det fri mellem hinderne.<\/p>\n<p>Bland honning og olie sammen til en dressing og smag til med salt og peber.<\/p>\n<p>Vend r\u00f8dk\u00e5l, appelsiner, mandler og rosiner sammen.
