{"id":348,"date":"2018-10-22T07:50:21","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T07:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/madvikanli.skoleblogs.dk\/?p=348"},"modified":"2018-10-22T07:50:21","modified_gmt":"2018-10-22T07:50:21","slug":"groenkaalssalat-med-granataeble-appelsin-og-valnoedder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/detskalsmagegodt.dk\/?p=348","title":{"rendered":"Gr\u00f8nk\u00e5lssalat med granat\u00e6ble, appelsin og valn\u00f8dder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>250 gram gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>2 appelsiner<\/p>\n<p>1 granat\u00e6ble<\/p>\n<p>75 gram valn\u00f8dder<\/p>\n<p>1 spsk. honning<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk. spiritus fx whisky<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saften af et granat\u00e6ble<\/p>\n<p>4 spsk. olivenolie<\/p>\n<p>4 spsk. hvidvineddike<\/p>\n<p>Salt og peber<\/p>\n<p>Lidt citron og sukker<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fjern stilkene fra gr\u00f8nk\u00e5len og hak den fint.<\/p>\n<p>Halver granat\u00e6blet og tag kernerne ud af frugten \u2013 det g\u00f8res lettest ved at holde halvdelene over en sk\u00e5l og banke h\u00e5rdt p\u00e5 skallen med en ske, indtil kernerne falder ud.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r skr\u00e6llen af appelsinerne med en kniv \u2013 helt ind til frugtk\u00f8det. Del appelsinerne i filetter og sk\u00e6r dem i store tern.<\/p>\n<p>Hak valn\u00f8dderne groft. Smelt honningen p\u00e5 en pande og rist n\u00f8dderne i nogle minutter til de karamelliserer.<\/p>\n<p>Pas p\u00e5, n\u00e5r valn\u00f8dderne skal flamberes. Husk at slukke for emh\u00e6tten og lukke vinduerne, s\u00e5 der ikke er tr\u00e6k i k\u00f8kkenet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e6ld derefter spiritussen over og s\u00e6t ild til. Flamber valn\u00f8dderne, indtil flammerne d\u00f8r ud og lad n\u00f8dderne k\u00f8le af.<\/p>\n<p>Til dressingen presses saften af granat\u00e6blet og blandes med olie, eddike, salt og peber. Smag dressingen til med sukker og citron, s\u00e5 den er syrlig og lidt s\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>Bland gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l, granat\u00e6blekerner og appelsiner og h\u00e6ld dressingen over. Lad det tr\u00e6kke en halv times tid.
