Mas vaniljekornene sammen med en anelse af sukkeret med kniven, s\u00e5 kornene skilles ad. Bland vaniljesukker, sukker og majsstivelse godt sammen og pisk det sammen med 1 dl af m\u00e6lken. Tils\u00e6t til sidst \u00e6ggeblommerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kog de resterende 4 dl m\u00e6lk op i en gryde, eventuelt. med den tomme vaniljestang. N\u00e5r m\u00e6lken koger, tils\u00e6ttes majsblandingen, og der piskes godt i nogle sekunder, mens der piskes kraftigt til cremen bobler og tykner godt. Tag gryden af varmen, og kom straks den f\u00e6rdigkogte creme op i en kold beholder. L\u00e6g et stykke husholdningsfilm direkte oven p\u00e5 vaniljecremen, s\u00e5 der ikke dannes kondens. Afk\u00f8l cremen til 5 grader i k\u00f8leskabet.
