Tils\u00e6t herefter de andre\ndej-ingredienser p\u00e5 n\u00e6r sm\u00f8r. \u00c6lt dejen p\u00e5 r\u00f8remaskinen til den er glat og\nsmidig \u2013 det tager omkring 20 min. Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 sm\u00f8rret i sm\u00e5 tern og \u00e6lt igen i\n20 min. til dejen slipper sk\u00e5len og er glat. Jeg stillede r\u00f8remaskinen p\u00e5\nmedium power. N\u00e5r anden omgang \u00e6ltning er f\u00e6rdig, skal dejen kunne klare\nglutenpr\u00f8ven, som er beskrevet ovenfor. Stil dejen til h\u00e6vning et lunt sted i\n1,5 time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lav herefter kanel-cremen ved at blande alle ingredienserne\nsammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r dejen har h\u00e6vet, rulles den ud til et rektangel p\u00e5 ca. 30\u00d750 og 0,5 cm tykkelse. Jeg tager det altid bare p\u00e5 \u00f8jem\u00e5l. Sm\u00f8r cremen p\u00e5, rul dejen stramt sammen og sk\u00e6r den i 16  lige store stykker. Sm\u00f8r en springform med sm\u00f8r eller  brug en aluform bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir  og stil sneglene p\u00e5 h\u00f8jkant med ens mellemrum mellem hinanden (de h\u00e6ver meget). Tryk dem lidt flade.
