Pil l\u00f8gene, og hak dem fint. Pil\nog pres hvidl\u00f8g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skr\u00e6l kartofler og rodfrugter, og sk\u00e6r dem i grove tern. S\u00e6t\nde klargjorte gr\u00f8ntsager til side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kv\u00e6rn godt med salt og peber over k\u00f8det, og brun det i sm\u00f8r\ni en stor tykbundet gryde, s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r stegeskorpe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tag k\u00f8det op af gryden, og tils\u00e6t alle gr\u00f8ntsagerne sammen\nmed laurb\u00e6rblade, timian og rosmarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krydr med salt og peber, og lad det hele stege, indtil\ngr\u00f8ntsagerne begynder at tage farve, og l\u00f8gene bliver gennemsigtige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e6g k\u00f8det tilbage i gryden, og h\u00e6ld r\u00f8dvin, hakkede tomater,\ntomatpur\u00e9 og oksebouillon ved. R\u00f8r rundt, og l\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5 gryden.
