t\u00f8rret timian<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; fl\u00f8deost, pikant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; piskefl\u00f8de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt og\nfriskkv\u00e6rnet sort peber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e6r\nkyllingen i store tern, krydder med salt og peber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snit l\u00f8gene\nfint, hak hvidl\u00f8g, sk\u00e6r porrer i skiver og sk\u00e6r peberfrugt i mindre tern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brun kyllingetern\np\u00e5 en pande med olie og sm\u00f8r og l\u00e6g dem i et ovnfast fad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauter l\u00f8g,\nhvidl\u00f8g og bacon p\u00e5 den brugte pande ved middelvarme til l\u00f8gene er klare og bl\u00f8de.\nTils\u00e6t peberfrugt og porrer og steg videre et par minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tils\u00e6t\nhakkede tomater, timian, pikantost og piskefl\u00f8de og r\u00f8r det godt rundt og smag\ntil med salt og peber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fordel saucen\nover kyllingen og bag i en forvarmet ovn ved 200<sup>o<\/sup>C i 20 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Server med\nfx ris og en spidsk\u00e5lssalat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pikant kylling i fad 3 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
